A) A COUNTRY FEAST AT LA BORDERIE
The experience begins when Danièle welcomes you to her family farm in the Périgord region of southwestern France. In this program, she’ll offer you a hands-on demonstration class composed of typical, regional dishes chosen from her vast repertoire of recipes. She opens her grand mother's chest to set a table with old crystal, silverware and linen. She shares with you the secrets of her wonderful traditional cooking.

A) UN JOUR DE FETE À LA CAMPAGNE
Danièle vous reçoit dans la maison familiale en Périgord. Vous participez à une classe au cours de laquelle vous évoluez dans la cuisine régionale en préparant les spécialitées choisies dans son vaste répertoire. Elle ouvre tout grand les armoires des grands mères pour dresser une table de fête avec le cristal, l’argenterie, et le linge chiffré. Elle partage avec vous, tous ses secrets de la merveilleuse cuisine traditionelle.

B) A TRIP TO THE MARKET
Nothing is more spectacular than a local market in France. Farmers and producers from the surrounding areas meet once or twice a week, usually in the center of town, to sell the freshest, most seasonal products available. For this class, Danièle will meet you at her favorite market and, in her company, you’ll learn how to fill your basket with regional specialties of the finest quality. Then it’s back to La Borderie where you’ll prepare a meal with what you’ve purchased and sit down to a memorable lunch or dinner.

LA CUISINE D’UN JOUR DE MARCHÉ
Vous rencontrez Danièle sur un marché local. En sa compagnie vous remplissez un grand panier de produits bio de qualité et de spécialités périgourdines. Puis de retour à La Borderie vous préparez avec elle un grand repas de cuisine traditionelle.

C) A  GOURMET DAY IN PARIS
Here, Danièle takes you on a culinary tour of Paris, where she’ll show you her secret spots and special sources. Afterwards, you’ll gather in a typical Parisian apartment where she’ll give a tasting demonstration class, arranged especially for you.

C) UNE JOURNÉE GOURMANDE À PARIS
Danièle est votre guide pour découvrir un Paris insolite et gourmand. De retour dans un appartement des beaux quartiers vous assistez à une démonstration de cuisine en relation avec vos découvertes du jour suivie d’un diner dégustation.

D) THE GOURMET ADVENTURE
This is designed for a prolonged stay of a week or more in either Paris or in the Périgord. Danièle will be happy to prepare a custom-made itinerary that will offer a full program of classes and tours -- many that will take you to off-the-beaten-path places that you won’t find in guidebooks. Visits to vineyards, cheese-makers, specialty restaurants, pastry shops, chocolate place and colorful markets are a few of the arrangements Danièle can make for visiting clients. Thanks to years of experience, she is able to call upon a vast pool of resources and contacts.

D) LE VOYAGEUR
Si vous souhaitez prolonger votre séjour soit à Paris soit dans le Périgord, Danièle sera heureuse de dessiner spécialement pour vous et selon vos désirs, un programme de classes et de découvertes. Les chais, fromageries, bistrots, pâtisseries, fabrique de chocolats et marchés typiques auxquels elle est fidèle, sont les meilleurs. N’en doutez pas, elle a passé sa vie à les chercher. Autant d’expériences que l’on ne trouve pas dans les guides touristiques.
